Left to right: myself, Rob Williams and Jack Hackett giving a Q&A on As You Like It at the “Writing Beyond the Written Word” event at St Edmund Hall, 2013.

Hello! Thanks for checking out my old student blog.

Since the time long ago when I kept The Drive-in Bingo alive, I’ve done all sorts of exciting things, including interning at XFM, designing lots of videos and publications for Pembroke College, Oxford and producing a film adaptation of As You Like It.

I’ve reduced my online profile a bit since taking up teaching as a profession in 2013, and got rid of some old blogs that were a bit rubbish anyway. It’s only really a handful of my favourite posts up here now – so apologies if you’re looking for something that you can’t find anymore.

If you want to keep up with what I’m doing now, I still keep an active twitter account – @tommoyser – and still write reviews and articles when people ask for them.

What a wonderful piece of writing about The Parting Song. You are so right; I recently saw this performed on an Irish TV channel RTE1 sung by male voices with audience singing chorus – so touching. Carry on with that wonderful reviewing. Judith Robinson, Wexford, Ireland
